    SO, what is "Non-NFE Pokemon with Strategies"?
    Can we use Combusken, Pikachu, or Vulpix(Base)?

    "Non-NFE Pokemon with Strategies" is a quirk of the dex, it's not for the tier NFE but rather just anything that isn't fully evolved. As long as it's not fully evolved and not banned you can use it, so combusken, pikachu, and vulpix are all allowed if they're in the generation you're playing and not banned. Only 1 stage pokemon (ex. absol / volbeat) or fully evolved pokemon (ex. conkeldurr /swampert) are illegal

    I can't understand how to write "Code" very well.
    My player name in Pokemon Showdown is chokokurumi.
    However, I don't know how to fill other items.
    Please tell me about "Tiers Played (Not Binding)", "Tiers Not Played ( Binding)", and "Significant Inactivity".

    tiers played (not binding) is for which generations you would prefer to play, but you do not have to play them

    tiers not played (binding) is for tiers you will not play, and you will be held to that during the tournament by the hosts and your managers, meaning you cannot ever play them until playoffs

    significant inactivity is for if you will be away or busy for any long period of time to let managers know of that

    hey, we play for ag homefield. I'm +12 and I can play tmr (Thursday) 4pm-5pm, Friday 4pm-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-11:30am, Sunday 9am-2:30pm and 7pm-10pm. I can do earlier on weekends if needed but preferably not. I might also be available outside of these times and I can message you when I'm online if you want
