i agree, i still haven't come across something I like more and its been a while. slowly rereading with the omnibus releases, tho i think i like the fan translations online better haha. see you around!

interesting, anything specific with those releases that feels off? are you an aria fan as well? I feel like those are always talked about together and I'm also a big fan of it's manga and anime as well. (fan of the green hair girls in both haha) see ya around :]

i preordered the first seven seas omnibus when that came out and the scan quality was pretty terrible. for example the chapter where alpha and takahiro watch the missile turned firework, it's darkened so much you can't even see all the little logos and text on the missile which gave it so much character. well after many complaints the later publication scan quality is better...

also re: the translation. I don't read japanese so i can't tell what ashinano's intent was - but the yugen translation and the translation i read before yugen made theirs, were a lot more poetic than the seven seas, which seems a lot more literal. the more poetic one fit more imo, as the short vignette ykk chapters are all kinda structured like poem, to me at least.
