I'm also GMT-4. 11 AM on Friday would be good, as would be 4:30 PM or so on Friday. Sunday between 2-5:30 PM would also be good. My Saturday schedule is a bit more up in the air, so I'm a little more hesitant to commit to a specific clock time that day.
