he couldnt msg him on smogon yesterday due to not being available in that moment and not having access to smogon then, thus having me msg him the other day. Then the opponent did not respond to me DIRECTLY about it when clearly my opponent couldnt be on smogon in the moment and was looking to play.

Personally I dont think its fair to give him act when I msged him saying that term could play and was looking for a time and he didnt respond to me who had msged him about it.

Just check his profile and you'll see i msged him on behalf of my teammate term so he could schedule with him

Personally I think best way to solve this issue is to give both teams extension for this match that way both players can find an actual good day to schedule and play properly since it seems this was a misunderstanding from the other side, Ig not expecting me to msg them on behalf on my own teammate since he was not available at that time.

All I ask is that you revoke it since it isnt fair since we reached out and he just ignored my msg comepletely, then called for act when we had reached out and he didnt respond to me at all

also Last thing, the opponent called for act at 1:00 AM GMT-4 which is the time we both are and I had msged him at 1:25 PM GMT-4, WAY BEFORE the time he called for act so yea, he had more than enough time to address my msg and respond back which is why I think its unfair.
