i work from 1 pm until 10 pm -5 GMT or your 11 pm to 8 am

that's why I asked if we could it on either Tuesday or yesterday. The latest for you is that is the earliest for me is your 8 pm or my 10 am. The only problem is that I am prone to staying up super, super late. Hence the time of 11 pm to 2 am or your 9 am to 12 pm
