    Sopranos even though it’s not like a fully sincere premise kind of shows “progress” in therapy where it becomes a way of making their bad interpersonal tendencies less maladaptive. More learning the language of therapy etc I’ve known people where it did some of that

    No that’s I mean. A lot of its effects rn are people learning the language of healing without improving their relationships or how they treat others. I’ve known ppl where it has done that rather than show real improvement
