I'm -7, so I'd rather not run something that early (9 for you would be 6 for me). Is it possible to do something a bit later in the day for Friday? If that doesn't work, I'm pretty available on most days if that helps, Good to do most times past like 7:30 for -7/ 10:30 for you.
