Im -4, given the timezones i can do early mornings and late nights to acomodate, around 7 to 10pm most of my nights and mornings starting from 8am wednesday and friday (also sunday)

Im cool with any day 4pm your time if that makes it easier, can do 7pms and later on weekends.

Wednesday 4pm my time is cool
