I gave my availability as perfectly possible for GMT-2 but I would not go beyond 11pm GMT+2.

You said "I am available FROM 11pm Thursday evening". Anyways would you be available on the weekend, because I can only play earlier than 11pm GMT +2 on weekends. If you are, would 1pm GMT -5 work (8 pm for you) on Saturday?

"Would 12:00 am GMT -2 on Thursday work?" - That would have had me playing at 4am, unless you got the GMT wrong, it’s not possible. "If you are, would 1pm GMT -5 work (8 pm for you) on Saturday?" - Saturday, the latest possible is 8pm GMT+2, let's go with that.
