Hey. Is GMT-4 Eastern Standard Time? That's what it seems like in search, but I want to clarify. I'm EST myself, so if that is the case that is convenient. I'm pretty flexible on timing, but somewhere around 7pm EST works best for me most days. Would that work for you?

Ah, unfortunately that doesn't work for me. I leave town on Friday after work for the weekend. I can do any other weekday evening? If evenings aren't best for you, I can do some afternoons and mornings. I just need enough of a heads up to make sure I leave my schedule open.
