seems ok but i dont think you really need hp rock on plume, sludge bomb is better into opposing grasses, not that i really like sunny plume anyway
i'd also prob give chan cc and lefties but its a fairly marginal change. I'd say overall im neutral with the team

sorry i didnt get back sooner. not much to really say, these look fine for charizard teams, i'd only really say to test them out and see what moves and stuff fit best. will say however not to use safeguard lapras, just use heal bell instead in the last move
