Also, with daylight savings time coming up on Sunday (in USA at least) maybe it would be easier to use principal cities instead of UTC since the offsets might change? Chicago/Dallas are principal cities of my time zone for use in time zone converters. I assume Guatemala City is a principal city I can use to convert to your time?
