I'm GMT-5. Sunday would actually work better for me, I'd be free after 1:30 PM my time on Sunday. Saturday is a lot dicier since the early part of the day I'll be out of state with my family and the later part I'll be driving home. I could actually do Thursday really easily if you have any availability then.
