Hi sorry, I’m pretty new to this, so we organise a time where we both go online and play? And this has to be on smogon tours?

We just organize a time to play based on our own schedules. No referee needed, the proof will be that we save the replays and post them with the win confirmation. For really important tours it has to be on the smogtours server, for this it could be on tours or main and it wouldn’t matter.
