oh ok how do I enter the doubles OU section (not like I am gonna leave this format I will do both)?

my timezone is indian time (GMT 5 maybe I do not know how this work, in online I search but not understand it)
I am free from 6am to 4pm and 6pm to 10pm all day except sundays (I am not free in sundays)

for the official doubles tournament you'll need to keep an eye here in this place on the forum (link) and i think signups will be around february, for this tournament though i can battle in like 10 minutes if that works for you?
