hey, i do not play national dex too much, but looks like a fun team! not too sure why you have aerial ace on greninja or why it has defense EVs. i would try hydro or surf, dark pulse, shuriken, and ice beam on it with max special attack

also, your melmetal is missing a nature

aerial ace is 4x effective vs virizion, buzzwole, and parasect, so thats probably.
