I'm GMT -6, changing to -5 on Sunday because of daylight savings. I'm pretty busy all of Friday and Saturday, I can either do Sunday after 12 noon my time, Thursday between 11:30 am and 2 pm my time, and Wednesday any time after 12 noon my time.
