Given our time zones (GMT +1 for me, GMT -3 for you), I suggest we find a mutually agreeable time well in advance. Please let me know when you are available so that we can finalize a time in a manner befitting an event of this prestige. My availability is very shaky this week as I am quite busy but I could make time on Friday if this were to float your boat.

Do you have any availability at all on any weekdays? Weekends are very difficult for me as I work then and can only play in the morning, so between 7:00am-12:00 depending on when I have to go in.

Weekdays i am as flexible as a gymnist doing the splits, so basically any time from 16:00-23:00 but can do early in certain cases. I think usually Thursday/Friday work best for me though, and is optimal so we have time to prep properly.
