Yo, super happy to help and sorry for the slow response. I only hop on here once a month when its time for the team building thread. First off, your team concept is cool as hell, Zard X feels pretty well positioned rn. Actually having an answer to Toxapex and hardcore threatening Ting Lu is pretty sweet on a sweeper rn. Throw in solid hazards and theres only a few pokemon that can actively stand up to zard.

Unfortunately loosing solar beam does mean you trade hosing Pex for struggling with Mola. And looking at your team, that's an issue. Power whip Ferrothorn is a good step towards an answer, but its never going to actually be able to handle it. Mola shrugs of +1 quakes and could not care less about the chip it takes outspeeding and flip turning out on the ferro switch in.

It's generic, but I have to recommend adding a Balloon Gholdengo in place of Ferro. It makes ground types a little scarier, especially in tandem with the change I'm about to propose but it increases your offensive prowess greatly and makes it so that if you actually get hazards up they'll stick around to do something.

You need a real Mola answer, especially so if we're dropping Ferro. There's only one real choice for this slot, Ogerpon-Wellspring in place of Torn. This once again lowers the defensive capability of your team in place of stronger offensive pressure, but Ogerpon provides similar knock off suport and fast pivoting while absolutely punishing Mola for simply existing.

With the ferro drop we need stealth rock on tusk, and I've elected to swap tusk to a bulky z crystal nuke set instead of a fast booster set. This can be icium or rockium with headsmash, simply pick whatever feels better.

Finally, and I know this is a rough suggestion given that the team is called Xard LELE but I would recommend swapping Lele with Hatterne. It provides similar offensive threat while keeping hazards off for your zard. I adore eject button healing wish as it negates the downside of a bad prediction. This team still has its issues, relying on hammurot to be your speed control and hazards is rough, scarf ghold maybe.

Defensive synergy might still be off and the sets likely need tweaking, but for an off the cuff go I feel its a step towards a more cohesive offense and should function better to enable the zard sweep gameplan.

Def experiment with the ghold and tusk sets, tbolt ghold could be good, traditional offensive could be good too
