It is GMT time zone there is no + or - to GMT

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time which is +0. the plus and minus from there refer to the different iterations of timezones like I’m Eastern Standard time which is -4. You must be whatever +1 time is because GMT +0 is 4 hours ahead of me, you’re 5 hours ahead of me
