Meta for Mega. Now I wanted to run Metagross on a more balanced structure as it takes advantage of his huge bulk and decent speed. These 4 moves are the best. PsyFangs is incredible into most of Ubers, Ice Punch for Yveltal and Zyg, Knock for Ghosts and Ho-oh. You don't need EQ as you have 5 Steel Counters in the back.

Hit top 100 with this VGC team, it's a Tailroom team with AV Kyogre and Specs Miraidon. It is incredibly flexible, and the synergy between the pokemon is really strong. Kyogre powers up Landorus-I and Urshifu-Rapid. Leading with Farig + Miraidon allows you to either lean heavy into early offense, or to Volt Switch out and set up Trick Room. You can also lead Whims + Kyogre and just click fast Water Spout. Kyogre is just so bulky with the Assault Vest, really good into both Calyrex forms. Landorus-I is really strong into Miraidon and Zama, who are the biggest threats against Kyogre. Your own Miraidon is also good into those two. Urshifu is a slower, bulkier set, so that allows it to function in Trick Room to invalidate protects, while still being very fast under Tailwind.

Fun bellibolt team I made with mega latias.
-Set up gyarados can either win the game or take care of certain mons to allow both latias or kingambit to win the game.
-Bellibolt is just fun to use, especially when they only have one ground type. Toxic the ground type coming in and then soak it every time after. Also used it to toxic a glowking once but that's very rare.
-Ferro checks lele. If it kills you with fblast or hp fire, free set up turn with gyara.
-Lati counters Char Y. Can check iron moth depending on amount of boosts it gets

Only tested this team up to 1700 but it's very fun

Mewtwo X for Megas. I run him on lead Deo S HO. He softens teams early game so others can sweep. Evs are for Tera Ghost Sash Marsh. Deo S is Psycho Boost for Glimm.

Garde for Megas. I run this set as you can always just spam Hyper Voice and then get a 1v1 with Bond. It's a Positive Or at worst neutral trade. Bulk as Garde is still strong enough but with Def, it can take atleast one EQ, Sucker etc.

Gyara for Megas. I run a full E Terrain team this time because both Jug and Boulder bait in the Zap, Lando Melly Corvi etc. Extender Koko as team needs Terrain control. My usual Treads as it's the best hazard guy in the game.

Almost Any Ability Demon Jirachi offense got me to 1400 (I can't find AAA leaderboard so idk if that's impressive)

Cosmic Power rachi with unaware, meteor beam to hit dark types bc no body press, screens to help set up
attackers to kill dark types like chien and moon so rachi can set up but if they don't crit you beat them anyway with screens

Camel for Megas. Now, I ended up making an extremely, extremely consistent TR with Camel. We got Fire/Water/Grass, Steel/Fairy/Dragon, Ground and Double Regen with all guys able to function outside TR as well. Feels very good to use and isn't do Or die like usual TRs.

Abomasnow for Megas. The idea is that Sub Abo sets it up on Mola, Corvi, Slowtwins as they are all less than 130 Spe and then blast their switchin. I run Grassy for Storm boost and a little recovery. Urshifu baits in Mola, Zap, Corvi, Molt same and also is good check to threats. Treads for hazard contol and Mence for Intimidate and cleaning up.
