GMT + 5:30 weekend will probably be convenient for our offset but I have driving school in the morning on Saturdays. Could do Saturday/Sunday evening or late Sunday morning (like past 10:30 am)

Can you do sunday my 12am your 9:30 am? If not something like 12pm mine 9:30 pm yours or something. I'd say best bet is sunday. If you want to explore other options at 1:30pm mine (your 11pm) or saturday mine full. In case of maximum emergency I could do sunday your 10:30 but I don't enjoy staying until 1am.
