Also, do CFZ Z-Moves get completely blocked by Protect or do they just have their damage reduced?

Will test the Encore interaction later tonight, but I already happen to know that CFZs bypass Protect without any reduction to their damage - PS! already has this implemented correctly

For completeness, I'm not sure if you have the tools to check this for Max Moves used by undynamaxed Pokémon. According to DaWoblefet, they were usable in Gen 8 Hackmons.
