Sorry for the late reply, I've been busy all day. Are you good sometime this evening? I should be good in about 15 minutes, and I shouldn't have anything major for the next few hours (till ~8:45pm UTC -6, and then after till ~10pm UTC -6)

Oh, sorry for the late response, I read these earlier on my phone and then forgot about it. I can basically whenever, though I think i would prefer Friday. Just to spit out a time, how does Friday at 6pm GMT -4 (4PM your time, I think?) sound?
