I can't do any of those sorry, won't be free until ~5:30pm or so my time on Saturday, my Sunday I'm free all day and then Monday I won't be available until after deadline.

I'm -4. I can play my Friday between 7 PM and midnight (7 PM is in 18 hours from this post), so that should be your saturday morning/daytime
Or I can play on Sunday after 3 PM my time up until the deadline (most of those times are probably not super helpful for you though unless you can play your Monday morning).
I cannot play on my Saturday at all this weekend sorry!
