When two players agree on a scheduled time, this is generally understood to mean that both parties will be present and ready to play at said time. This does not mean arriving at your leisure shortly before the 30-minute deadline expires. Rather, proper scheduling etiquette involves being prompt, prepared, and respectful of your opponent’s time.
