I am +2, so 8pm for you would be 3am for me and 12pm would be 7am. Thats's not quite possible for me. During the weekend I am also mostly free (I work the night shift from 9pm to 9am between saturday and sunday, but rest is ok). You can pick an hour then. If for example we can play saturday late afternoon or sunday late afternoon or evening it would be perfect. That should be mid of thr day for you, hoping it's fine.
