yes please pick an exact time though, i don’t want to show up at 1 and then wait 44 minutes for my opponent only for them to show up

I would still need at least a 15 minute window, this country has a lot of random power outages and i wouldnt like not having time to go somewhere else to play / does 1pm-1:15pm -7 sounds good?
