Also, you don't know how to format it? Well, basically you have to put your pokemon, and rules in a format to match your style. That way your trade thread looks sleek and nice.
Here is an example of formatting.
Infernape (LV 50 EV'd, or LV 1 UT.)
Nature:Jolly
IV's:31/31/31/31/31/31
EV's:252Atk/6Def/252Spe
Trainer ID:(Insert trainer ID here.)
Notable moves if any:

Well, what I reccomend is making your format, and putting all your pokemon in notepad. That way when you make your posts for your trade topic, you can get it done all at once and ready to go.

Every one of my teams is under reconstruction...so they're all full of untrained Pokemon and pre-evolutions until I EV train at least one team :/
Whenever I get a team finished though I'll be happy to battle :)
