  • ive made a team, for alphabet cup, that im pretty damn proud of. Id be super happy if you could use it aswell. So far ive peaked 395 on the ladder (for context ive never even made it onto a ladder before (im bad ik)). This is the team id be honored if you would use it: https://pokepast.es/1d465b4a9f005505
A little team breakdown: Amphie: the star of the show (i built the squad around it) Insane coverage, hits the entire national dex atleast neutrally, and many meta threats super effectively. Hatt: set tr and die. Mudsdale: i needed a ground type with good offense and ice coverage (amphie cant hit fire rock ground or ground/flying (lando) types well if they havent been chipped) and the honse kept tugging at the back of my head. so i checked it and there mountain gale was. Ting-Lu and Pex: set tr and get the hell out of there with tport. Conkeldurr: Conk Goes Bonk (hit buttons its a breaker). Again, i hope you see this and use it. (also if you do pls credit me)

Managed to hit top 10 on the Inheritance ladder with a team I built and had a lot of fun using. The big star is the Zoroark, inheriting from Kommo-o. Some notable calcs include: always OHKOing the trio of AV Goodra-H, AV Snorlax and Mix-def Iron Hands after a single spike, 15/16 chance to OHKO Physdef Corviknight with no hazards, and always OHKOing Physdef Gholdengo with no hazards.

Zoroark can sweep on it's own occasionally, but just removing steel types and regenvest mons trying to tank Boomburst makes E-Force Latios (from Indeedee-M) a lot more threatening, especially with spikes and rocks. Healing Wish can also give Zoroark a chance to sweep under psychic terrain after breaking for itself earlier in the game, and protects it from sucker punches.

Gholdengo inheriting from Bramblin sets the aforementioned spikes, removes opposing hazards and spinblocks everything that is not opposing Bramblin-inheriting Ghosts (mostly Annihilape and Ghold), which generally only run a ghost move and Rapid Spin, letting Zoroark spinblock them and set up.

Iron Hands inheriting from Growlithe-H is a premiere physical wall and rocks setter, and still hits quite hard with uninvested CC. Burning physical attackers is of course also good for letting Zoroark set up easier.

Snorlax inheriting from Cyclizar is the Regenvest of choice. It's pretty good. Dragon Tail phazes setup mons, Iron Head hits fairies trying to setup on D-Tail. Iron Head could probably be swapped for Body Slam, which would let you break Substitutes trying to block D-Tail, at the cost of being weaker to set-up fairies, especially ones running draining kiss. It would also notably improve the primarina matchup, though since CM Prim's most common set is not Triage, Landorus can usually EQ it down.

Landorus, inheriting from Altaria, is the part of the team I am personally least attached to. That being said, I put it on the team to be the mandatory Volt Switch immunity, strong physical attacks without needing to boost, and I figured a bulky set with flying STAB and Roost couldn't be bad. Fourth move slot is flexible, I decided on Dragon Dance to have another win-con. It could be swapped out for Defog or Will-o-Wisp, but Iron Hands already burns physical attackers and Ghold removes hazards quite reliably, so I figured DD was better.

Replay showing what Zoroark does lategame, as well as synergy with Lati H-Wish: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9inheritance-2415040077

Replay of Zoroark walling Bramblin Gholdengo and breaking: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9inheritance-2415045263

    Proof of top 10 attached.

Just realized the version in the paste is from before I changed Body Slam to Dragon Tail on Snorlax, probably do that if you use the team xd.
Got another balanced hackmons team for you to try: https://pokepast.es/8f3a174456885994.

This time, from a difficult laddering challenge I did a couple of years ago. As stated in the paste and RMT, this is a functional BH team created from 6 Pokémon generated by the /randpoke 6, NFE command. It ended up exceeding my expectations for it and managed to climb to top 500 on the gen 9 bh ladder with about a 75% gxe.

This RMT provides more details on the team, proof of the laddering peak, and that it was legitimately accomplished with a NFE randomizer:
    https://www.smogon.com/forums/threa...rated-not-fully-evolved-pokémon-only.3728588/

As a final disclaimer on the team: The team, while fun, requires very precise play and a fair bit of metagame knowledge to win consistently with, so don't beat yourself up if you struggle to use it. Even some of the more experienced bh players would struggle a fair bit with this team.
Inheritance has been decided as one of the new OMsOTM, and I have been very excited for the return of this one. have had 3 teams on the slow cooker preparing for this.

first one is Webs Suicune + Specs Chi-Yu
    https://pokepast.es/6e16ecbe2e3171bf

second one features Contrary Superpower Sneasler
    https://pokepast.es/9b6f4e01cd5e3ec0
for this team, on the Walking Wake set, you could put Hydro Pump over either Surf or Thunderbolt

third is a Psychic Terrain team with Unburden Great Tusk
    https://pokepast.es/b8a57722d2db931e
for this team on the Jirachi set, you could also try the Focus Sash and Weak Armor set, but this team's hazard control isn't the greatest
    sashimi9999
I'm glad you and Rabia enjoyed the Chi-Yu team.
after testing, I have made many changes to the Contrary Sneasler team. it is much better now made top 10 with it, almost undefeated. only lost first game, before the changes.

Maybe you think it's strange that I say I was top 14 and the rmt says I'm top 21, but thanks to the elo inflation provided by OLT I ended up falling some positions even though I got a higher elo, because before I was at 1992 and then I was at 2000, I really wanted to go to the 2k house XD

i have already uploaded a team report here ik but team changed enough and i have hit enough rank that it deserve a new report so i deleted the old on sorry if its annoying its a really really balanced team imo so it has all 4 major component defencive wall , special wall , a physical wallbreakr , and special wall breaker lets start with defencive wall first cus this team has 3 why 3? cus phsyical mon are broken and i still cant check all physical mon with these 3 but they check a large majority of em
lets start with latest edition who is my fav too max hp max attk adamant landorus with fluffy
its just ou landorus but more broken it has rocks and u turn for some nice support and momentm but main thing is eq and smack down cus now even corvknigt cant come in safely and defog my rocks it literally 2hitko everything that is not weak to it usually people have 1 flying type so eq is very spammable its bulk goes crazy with fluffy so u dont have to worry about damage as in long game i often find myself wish passing it to full health
next mon is well backed body corvi while after cerulege ban well backed body aint the best for my boi it still is necesarry for specific mathup with corvi broken typing and well backed body it compelty wall mons like ogerpon fire , iron moth without discharge , heatran , etc its nice to be able to come on big threats like them i have opted to drop u turn though cus all moves seem farr tooo essential firstly iron defence bodypress is a win con that if there is no ghost type and nothing that can kill corvi with special move it win secondly it allow me to beat setup with me setting up too , next 2 move are roost for obvios reason and defog to remove hazard cus imo my team is weak to hazard with all the switching it does hazard just chip away at it so its neccesary to have defog previously i had tusk with spin to remove hazard but i think lando has better typing and damage output so i droped it
also my corvi boi has min speed to beat oppo corvi cus when it roost u will either ohko it or do big damge kinda softlocking it into dying
its not most defencive defencive wall but still necesarry to beat a lot of mon
finally for my defencive wall and to allow my sweeper to rly win i added prankster pecha which is standard but i opted for shadow ball over prankster there are two main reason firtly i dont like priority switching to another mon cus i cant scout for switch in for oppo that way and secondly pecha got walled by corvi and other steel type , also shadow ball chip on corvi allow zama to 1hitko it (non fluffy) with cc or 2 hit ko fluffy corv with stone edge but gl hitting them lol pecha also allow me to hit oppo pecha who thing they can come on me for free lastly i have dbon for sole reason to delete a mon who has setup to billion attk and also to dbond away fairy and ghost type that can take zama hit and threated moon (i will talk about moon later) dont be afraid to throw away pecha if it mean zama can click cc for free
finally i have eject pack which allow me to switch my mon to pecha tank hit and go to another mon like zama on pert flip turn etc etc eject pack imo is pretty gud but u can switch to smth elese if u want
    now for my special wall
its a one man army regen vest roaring moon its broken just straght up it can tank move for days while it doesnt do that much damage that a choice band boosted 252 + adpatabilty outrage would do but it still does enough that a mon cant just ignore it also no one really expect regen vest moon it has knock and u for obvi reason and dragon tail cus it allow me to prevet setup and lastly eq which is bad idk what else i can add it might as well be 3 move mon eq can hit some mon supereffectively but without stab its meh maybe u can change it to smth els
(now to adress eliphant in the room its a dark and dragon type it cant tank big fairy moves)
    252+ SpA Azelf Dazzling Gleam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Roaring Moon: 180-212 (43.4 - 51.2%) -- 3.1% chance to 2HKO
    252+ SpA Choice Specs Gholdengo Dazzling Gleam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Roaring Moon: 280-332 (67.6 - 80.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
    252+ SpA Hadron Engine Latias Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Roaring Moon: 264-312 (63.7 - 75.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
there are many more calc moon survive now its not ideal for ur special wall to take 80 perc damage but mostly fairy or dragon mon never come up and if they come i just beat em with pecha and scream respectively now finally my two offecive mon firtly its scream tail
its pxilate boom burst obvi but it has pixie plate to maximise damage while i donth think it changes any calc that much i like seeing it click a 200 bp move
wish protect to keep team and itself healthy and encore to encore mon into setting up corvi into defog or dragon mon into dragon
and finally standard zama nothing new

Hey Joey, ive derusted in pokemon and built and tested a unique ubers team featuring ceruledge. Weak armor + sash is so good in the late game. Plus its a fun mon to use with brick break, because of screens plus a way to hit ekiller for good damage got to #38 on ladder with it

Hey, Joey! Since National Dex is suspect testing Ogerpon-Wellspring, I thought I'd drop a fun and solid hyper offense team for you to try out while getting reqs! It's been doing pretty well for me and showcases mixed Mega Sharpedo, Fly Z DD Salamence and lead Meowscarada!

Here's a replay of the team absolutely FLEXING vs. a high ladder (1800s) stall player: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9nationaldex-2409917120-6f7vrpf6yhcs6pe88ac7dlpwdop2vfkpw
Hope you give it a try! Brazil loves you! :)
Yo Joey, I’m back with another team, except this time, it’s NatDex AAA. I’ve been climbing the ladder with this team and I’m currently sitting at number 5. The team is centered around Banded Pixilate Koko + Specs Walking Wake. These two together I have found have little to no long term defensive counters in the tier besides water absorb Treads, which can only last so long. I’m having a blast with this team, and I hope you try it out! I’ll leave a screenshot of the ladder at the time of posting this as evidence of my rank. Have an amazing day!

Also, something to note about the team. I have found that the team has 2 really hard matchups, those being Garg and Ceruledge. Poltergeist just Nukes everything on this team and forces really aggressive play, and Garg does pretty much the same thing with Salt Cure. I’m currently working on ways to make those matchups better, but uhhh, until I figure it out, good luck. They’re definitely doable matchups, just very hard lol.
Hi Joey, Im kind of a recent viewer, your NDAA videos came up on my recommended like 2 weeks ago, and i wanted to ask if you could try this sun team out? https://pokepast.es/dbb68ea2fccf8368. I often lead cinderace, to get sun up quickly. Both heatran and infernape are capable of outputting insane damage. Here are some calcs.
    252+ SpA Choice Specs Heatran Eruption (150 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dragonite in Sun: 302-356 (93.4 - 110.2%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO.
252+ SpA Choice Specs Heatran Eruption (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Primarina in Sun: 177-209 (48.6 - 57.4%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO (Phys def)
252+ SpA Choice Specs Heatran Eruption (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Manaphy in Sun: 201-237 (49.7 - 58.6%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO (Phys def as well)
These have all been heatran so lets look at some of infernape's calcs after an sd.
    +2 252+ Atk Protosynthesis Infernape Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Manaphy in Sun: 258-304 (63.8 - 75.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
    +2 252+ Atk Protosynthesis Infernape Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Primarina in Sun: 312-367 (85.7 - 100.8%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
there isnt really a wall these 2 cant break, even WBB corvi gets chipped too much in the long run. I hope you do decide to use, maybe even feature this at some point.
    hardik2105
as a regen vest moon stan i wanna say

    WE TAKE THOSEE
    Xodiac_111
    Xodiac_111

    Xodiac_111

Yo Joey, I got a Nat Dex AAA team featuring Storm Drain Mega Diancie to wall Walking Wake, as well as Prankster Grapploct. Grapploct is the only mon besides Malamar to get Topsy-Turvy, which works as a very nice blanket check to setup sweepers. just watch out for Dazzling.
