I think later should be tough for you because of the timezone, but like 11pm just to be safe. Earlier could be like 6pm or so. I dont really have a timeframe for the dinner yet, so just to be safe

I will be out very late that day. I may be home at 6 pm your time, may not be, but 11 pm your time is pretty safe for me too.
