I understand your technical limitations and have used local timestamps to mediate this; the time suggested would be 9:30pm -4, which is roughly when Cocomelon ends (I tried to be accommodating of your needs). Please let me know if you're able to make the suggested time work any day, hopefully a weekend perhaps when your parents are a bit more lenient of your curfew?
