  • so hi again back with another intresting team with a guts zoroark team that peak 13 i could go beyond but i think zoroark doesnt desrve better than top 13 why u may ask cus while he hit like a truck it has o defences , the main stuff about team without boring u is eject pack allow u to bring in ur zoroark freely to activate guts +2 polteageist will ko corvi after stealth rock chip so dont knock it +2 sneak can ko deoxys speed , scream , latios all those ghost weak mon that are faster (with or without scarf) scream can be another sweeper try and hazard stack prevent it with pecha another intresting thing is that against zoroark they will bring mon like manaphy or pert their av mon who get ohko by facadd
ik this team weak to psychic and fairy mons just dbond em with pecha

    https://pokepast.es/cf772c315183c0ed

if i am honest i prob won like 3 match with zoroark sweep but cus zoe doesnt showcase a team unless it has level 1 magicarp ohkoing everything (jking dont take it to heart) i had to add zoroark while it can get sweep its pretty hard
We got a combo post, since both new OMs are pretty interesting.

Bad 'n' Boosted has won the OMOTM vote by a landslide. This brand new OM has a very simple concept: every Base Stat of every mon that is 70 or lower gets doubled. This meta looks incredibly fun, with a ton of potential different ideas to work with, and I have been working on a few different team theories.

    Bloodmoon Ursaluna Webs: https://pokepast.es/d446a48cd718780f
Ursaluna becomes a powerful physical attacker with 140 base attack and dual 120 STABs, plus Fire Punch to hit the few mons that resist those. Ursaluna, Iron Hands, and Calyrex-Ice all get their Speed doubled to a decent amount, but still too slow for this meta. The simple solution is Webs. Ariados gets insane bulk, and has a solid support movepool on top of Webs. Magnezone works to check opposing Flying types immune to Webs, as well as trapping Skarmory, the meta's premier defensive threat.

    Ludicolo Rain: https://pokepast.es/bbfc3ea1c6666418
Ludicolo and Poliwrath both get their speed and an offensive stat doubled to 140. Ludicolo also learns Swords Dance and has an okay physical movepool. Pelipper becomes extremely bulky, making it a better switch-in to most opposing weather setters than Kyogre. This is probably the weakest of the teams, but I just find the idea of Ludicolo being potentially usable hilarious.
If you use this team, the video has to have the Miror B music.

Scream Tail Sun: https://pokepast.es/5243f4be5a68a9b9 this team is basically just Protosynthesis spam.
Torkoal gets stupid bulk. Scream Tail doubles Special Attack, so offensive Calm Mind sets become very strong, with Psychic Noise also helping it to break through defensive checks more easily. The EVs are for Proto Speed. Gouging Fire also doubles Special Attack, so that + Specs + Sun Boost + Protosynthesis = big number. Fire Blast is a STAB for outside of Sun. The Speed EVs can maybe be moved to HP, as Gouging Fire still too slow to outspeed most relevant things, even with Timid. Hatterene spreading Paralysis through Nuzzle can help with this. the Speed on Hat make you outspeed min-speed Paralyzed Skarmory, allowing you to stop it from Roosting with Psychic Noise.

The Leader's Choice is Revelationmons, which essentially amounts to OU, but with every mon having STAB on everything. This allows us to ask a very simple question: What if Iron Valiant had Fairy-type Close Combat?
    https://pokepast.es/8c9e8687181d2b44

I will reply to this with replays and updates after the metagames drop and I can do some testing on ladder.
    https://pokepast.es/dc76b94a04717977

Have you wanted kyurem, but like, a lot worse?

Fear no longer, choice specs eiscue is here to do ~something~!

Do you hate ogerpon wellspring? Lando-T? What about great tusk? What about the infinite plethora of mons who never want to get hit by an ice type move? If it's a physical attacker, eiscue can hit it for at least 50%

Tera Fairy Tera blast for those random ahh matchups that might randomly be bad.

Dragonite/ kyurem can't scale shot to outspeed you after ice face

Most dragapult sets can no longer touch you before you can ohko them

This mon can just 6-0 a team if it wants to.

Good team? No, but it's fun

Peaked at Top 50 on the Alphabet Cup ladder with this team I made. Sceptile was banned and Hawlucha doesn’t get jack, so Grafaiai or whatever bowlshiest way it’s spelled. Hope you enjoy, use before they change the OM’s of the month. Love the vids as always keep on keeping
2 Underrated birds with devastating power: Sword of Ruin Quaquaval and Aerilate Dodrio (goes mad)
    - Quaquaval holds a mystic water and can probably be changed with a choice band/scarf but wave crash is a 216 BP move w/ STAB
    - Dodrio can setup with an SD and gain speed with trailblaze + priority with STAB quick attack
Team also has Rocky Payload Ogerpon-C w/ Play Rough to catch moon and other dragons and an Hadron Engine Latios w/ T-bolt to catch non volt absorb corvs.

(Team with Adaptability Chi-Yu instead of HE Latios)
I was playing Nat dex ubers uu when i realized dawn wings wasn't banned, so i made this team that got me to top 4 while just having started playing pokemon (july 23rd) so it must be good right?
    https://pokepast.es/2428699ed8411e5d
You will probably use it better than me, but i'll leave some tips, never click roks unless they have a sash in the back and careful, dialga in trick room is faster, so if you eject pack and don't kill, the next pokemon will take an attack.
Team kinda struggles vs defensive lugia, so try to meteor beam it or z it.
Hi Joey! I've been feeling a bit down lately and it would really cheer me up to see you play some Nat Dex OU sometime with some fun teams lol! I built this Trick Room team with 3 Atks Z-Power Trick Shuckle that's been pretty fun so far! Just hit around 1600s on my main with it lol!
    https://pokepast.es/033401c2af99a51f
The strat is to setup TR and smash teams with Shuckle, Mega Camel and Luna! Psychic Terrain is there on Cress and Hat to deny all forms of priority from fuckle-ing with shuckle after Sturdy has been broken xD!
Hope you give it a try! Brazil loves you! :)
Hello! Since there's a suspect going on in the shared power ladder right now, I figured I'd post the team I used to get reqs here. The idea is that you spread poison everywhere with the combination of glimmora, salazzle, and toxapex and then take advantage of guaranteed crits from merciless to power up hexes and draco meteors from giratina-origin and scarfed dragapult. It's also got a garganacl nicknamed sugar cube. I was able to peak 4th on the ladder with this (which in hindsight I probably should have screenshotted). Merciless is a pretty cool ability that will probably never see any use in any other setting, so this is a great chance to play around with it a bit.

    https://pokepast.es/632a88e6440591f7

Tera water iron defense body press garganacl provides an alternate win condition as well as a defensive check against teams that use a flying or steel type sweeper (though for metagross or excadrill, you'll need to get some iron defenses up before the sweeper comes out). Giratina and pex both have defensive teras to help the matchups against pixilate/punk rock, steely spirit, and dragon's maw teams, and pult has tera dark to deal with common forms of priority. Glimmora runs manual t-spikes to guarantee that you get them up against teams that primarily use special attackers, and it's got tera ground to give it a power boost to earth power to help with the matchup against steely spirit metagross or solgaleo, though that only helps if they don't have rocks up. Most of the time you'll just set rocks up and click attacking moves until it goes down. Realistically, it'll probably never tera. Same deal with salazzle. It just has tera normal to give you a chance to cheese your way into a substitute against choiced golurks or basculegions. Aside from providing the main gimmick of the team, toxapex is running a haze infestation set to beat rest iron defense body press zamazenta as well as to provide some targeted removal against berry teams. Most of the time, you're going to win either by sweeping with scarfed pult or eliminating anything that can beat garganacl or pex. Giratina's mainly here to punch holes, block rapid spin, pick off weakened mons, and give a ground/spikes immunity to your defensive pieces. As a warning, it does have a speed reducing nature, which mostly doesn't come into play except in the mirror match or against jolly max speed crawdaunt, which isn't super common but does exist. Figured it was better to sacrifice a bit of speed instead of giving up on bulk or shadow sneak damage. Lastly, dragapult is as fast as possible to ensure that it out speeds most other scarfers as well as a lot of other scary pokemon that get up to plus 2. I used to run shadow ball instead of flamethrower in case I wasn't able to poison everything, but flamethrower is more useful if your opponent is trying to sweep with iron crown. It's also got infiltrator so pex and salazzle don't get hard walled by substitute.
The team does have a pretty challenging matchup into opposing garganacl and certain forms of hard stall, but thankfully those aren't super common on the ladder now that a good number of players have gotten their suspect reqs. It's got a pretty good matchup against most of everything else.

    Hope you find it fun!
Sup Joey! The month is almost over so be sure to enjoy Alphabet Cup while its on the ladder! :D
I built you this HO team if you wanna give it try! It is very fun and built around Sub Victory Dance + V-Create Revavroom, Dragon Dance + Dragon Darts Hydreigon, and Shell Smash + Secret Sword Polteageist! :D

Hopw you give it a try! Brazil loves you!

Counter for the now popular Dareem3 team. But still for for other common threats.
Desolate Land Iron Moth for Intelion.
Prankster Serp outspeeds Misdrevious and can taunt it and can be generally annoying.
Fluffy Corv can do ok against Meow and good against Lucario.
Regen Tinkaton is the dedicated Meow. May not be the most pratical but is fun.
Motor Drive Manaphy for Forretress and is faster than Mew and can haze in a pinch.
The star of the show, weakness policy unaware ting lu. Completely walls mew, and sinistchas that have become common.
inspired by your random battles series, I've been trying to ladder in the true most random format on showdown... METRONOME BATTLES! this format is somehow the most infuriating and most fun I've had on showdown in awhile, so I'm linking you the team I've been using the most. Scrappy tera ghost CB Mega Heracross + Normalium Z Sword of Ruin Mega Bannette. Anything above a BST of 625 is banned, and ghost types are broken, so these two make a good combo, as long as you get physical moves... which doesn't happen often for me :( I hope you check it out, the format is really fun, and there are some cool strategies out there!
