I'm GMT+5:30. 15 and half hour gap is going to be tough. I can play between my 3pm to 11pm but that ends up being your 11:30pm to 7:30am. Unless you don't have a problem staying up late or waking up early? I am willing to stay up a little late if you wanna do the latter.
