I can but I would prefer not, because I normally sleep at 8:30 to 9 ish. I think the best time to do it is like 4pm to 7pm(I said 5pm but my schedule opened up).

I can do 4 or 4:30pm today? I leave my office at 5 though and have to deal with my kids until their bed time though- so 4-5 or 9 and after is my window
