Well I lost my Action Replay unfortunately so I'll have to buy a new one probably tomorrow. So yeah I can probably do it for you tomorrow.
Yeah really easy it's just time consuming.
I usually EV train sweepers then I use a Pokemon Modifier code on my Action Replay to battle the pokemon that give me the most Ev points. I keep doing that until I have Max evs.

You can't really since it's filled up in EVs. But what you can do is get one of those berries that reduce EVs in a pokemon. One berry drops the Evs points down to 100 then it decreases by ten after that, you can then put vitamins back in.
well for each vitamin you use you add 10 Evs in that stat. You can only go up to 100 which means you can only use 10 of those vitamins in that stat and once you reach 100 you cannot put anymore.
