Sorry, you didn't chall/notify within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time (5pm -4) so I already claimed activity.

I do not believe there is a specific "amount of time" you have/must wait for claiming, much less 15 minutes, I've heard 20 or 30 beforehand, I checked activity win rules and there is no specified time there, my message "I'll send in 5" was 1 minute after your specified 15 minute window, you also replied to my delay request 14 minutes after the original time, while I was in middle of a match that only ended 10 minutes prior to 5pm -4.
I may be wrong regarding the time needed for claiming, but I am trying to be reasonable here, I'm available for the match for the following 2 hours and Sunday, if you don't answer/affirm you want to claim I'll contest it and the moderators can decide it, no hard feelings since I did request a delay first, just a mistake from me with timezone conversation initially.

I responded within the 15 minute window for the playing an hour later so that point is realistically null from you. It's not my fault you didn't check in the15 minute window from the original time. Additionally, you communicated out of the 15 minutes of a delay.
According to doctrine of activity, the timer for individual tours to play is 15 minutes. If a delay is communicated in the 15 minutes (which you failed to do), then it is extended to 30 minutes. Since you did not communicate delay in the 15 minute period, there is no extension of timer from 15 minutes to 30 minutes and therefore my activity claim is within the rules.

I communicated I would send challenge "in 5 minutes" *16* minutes after which I think is more than reasonable, if you think otherwise that's fine by me since it's not wrong by any means, rules are rules at the end of the day, I'll contest it and we wait on the decision.
