GMT-7. At work from 12:00 Pm in the afternoon to 10:00 Pm at night my time on weekdays. This Saturday I'm unavailable from 6:00 Pm to 1:00 Am. On Sunday also unavailable from 12:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm. Most times outside of those are fine. Note: I change to GMT-8 on Sunday.
