Thread got closed but re: your Lick question, there's a few advantages
1. 48 PP 30% para spam move like you said, this comes in handy vs bulky stall teams which is where you need to rely on drumlax anyway
2. Normally Body Slam is the go-to for lax to spread para, but this only has 24 PP and requires lax to give up double-edge
3. Giving up eq sucks but this team has a secondary sweeper with eq, and also max attack double-edge can blast through most things anyway with para support
4. The weak BP of Lick means you can fish for para on full HP Skarm/Zap and if you get it, leftovers will recover the damage, so they can't rest it off.
5. On the other hand, at max attack it's strong enough to 3hko ghosts, so you don't need pursuit on the team
