what times are you free Friday? since our TZ difference is a bit unfortunate we may have to schedule for a different day if our availability on Friday doesn't line up.
Wednesday and Thursday are holidays so today, tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday will work.

I have plans for my Friday morning. My avail on Friday is from my 5pm-9pm (-6). I can try however to clear up an hour or 2 to be free (most likely around 3pm -6, so around your 10pm) I'll need to contact you again to confirm.
If I'm not able to clear up time, let's lock in an alternative. Since you don't want to play today I'm free tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday from 10am til 10pm -6

Friday 10pm +1 would work for me. If you can't I talked with my managers and they will ask you to be subbed out as I want to prep for this tour so playing tuesday as the latest date isn't feasible for me. I'll wait till you come back with a more clear idea of the time nws

You have ample time to prep, from what I'm hearing it's not that you're unavailable but just want an exorbitant amount of prep time.
Regardless the chances of me making it my Friday morning are pretty slim as of now.
And in regards to subbing I can't be sole subbed for an availability mismatch bc I gave you 5 days to pick from. Not all of us can accommodate playing as late as possible. The only sub that could come out of this is a double sub which neither of us want to happen. I hope you can pick a time on Tuesday or try to be avail later in the day Friday. Otherwise it's likely a double sub or swap. I can also get managers to clear it up
