    I feel like except for potential distribution Nighty Night is just a worse Techno-Cut (one of my slate moves)

    Thay're very different moves though. The fact Nighty Night deals chip damage and forces the foe out earlier imo is enough to set it apart from the move with a more threatening but slower counter. I get the concern but idt they overlap

    Hey, I saw your post on the Pet Mod thing for new types and stuff, and yours was my favorite of them. May I ask, though: How would moves be created and named for your chart?

    The way I envisioned it is basing Physocal moves off animal behaviours while Special are based on environments. So for instance Physical Desert move could do with scavenging, trapping or venom while Special could relate to sandstorms, harsh sun and strong winds.

    As fo names, I don't really have a preference to be honest, just follow more or less what Pokémon already does
