    My biggest problem with it is obviously the stupid deus ex machina, but even ignoring that I was really unsatisfied with how they handled Ruby and Sapphire’s relationship :V I’m not a big shipper so I don’t mind either way if they ended up together (I mean it is Pokemon so my expectations were leading to them not ending up together) as long as the decision they made was written well and fit their motivations, but it wasn’t they just completely glossed over it :P

    I just saw a comment that said the Ultra Beasts represents the 7 deadly sins and I’m having a really hard time believing that??? The only one that fits imo is Guzzlord obvsly :V

    Just to give them the benefit of the doubt I’ll try to make sense of this theory :>
    - Buzzwole as envy is the next most plausible one imo bcuz it is called Absorption and its whole thing is stealing other people’s energy to strengthen itself
    - I guess Nihilego can represent lust because its neurotoxins fully awakens the victim’s desire?
    - Pheromosa is also called Beauty but idk if that necessarily represents lust :P
    and that’s about it. Blacephalon, Celesteela, Kartana, and Naganadel are really destructive and deadly but that’s just usual Pokemon stuff I don’t think they were intended to represent wrath :V Heck Naganadel is even a starter Pokemon. Then Xurkitree and Stakataka are just weirdos lol :J

    Don’t let the HSR devs being unable to decide on whether to encourage Break teams to break enemies frequently or keep them broken distract you from the fact that they also keep blending Break and DoT together even though BE doesn’t boost regular DoT damage and Break-induced DoTs are pretty weak :V

    Trailblazer-Preservation (5-cost)
    Position : Off-Field
    Bond : Belobog, Shield
    Independent Bond : Wildfire
    Effect : For every 10,000 Shield the ally squad currently possesses, increases the damage dealt by Bond Effects (Xianzhou's Lightning Lord, Break's Shockwave, etc.) by 10% of the original damage, up to a 50%/100% (1-2 stars/3 stars) increase from the original damage. Enhanced Basic Attack will enhance Bond Effects
    Talent :
    - When an ally takes action, grants them a shield equal to ?% of Trailblazer’s Def (idk what the exact percentage would be but I think it should be around 1000-1200HP at 1 star, 2000-2400HP at 2 stars and 5000HP at 3 stars :V)
    - For every 3/1 (1-2 stars/3 stars) attack(s) the ally squad launches and receives, the Trailblazer gains 1 Magma Armor. After Magma Armor reaches 4 stacks, The Trailblazer uses their Enhanced Basic Attack, dealing Fire DMG based on their Def to all enemies (Personally I don’t think this should deal any significant amount of damage, but knowing the HSR devs they would probably make it really strong lol :J)
    Bond Enhancement :
    1. Xianzhou : EBA grants Lightning Lord 4 hit counts
    2. Wolf Hunt : After the Borisin’s next action, increases the Lucky Strike Rate of Wolf Hunt’s units next attack by 20% and grants special effect to Wolf Hunt units :
    - Jiaoqiu and Yunli activates their Ultimates
    - Feixiao, Yanqing, Jingliu and Emblem holders gains 1 extra turn
    - Lingsha and Moze immediately uses their FuA without consuming any Charges
    3. Belobog : EBA generate 3 Energy to Engine of Creation (alongside the 1 Energy Trailblazer already generates for taking action)
    4. Express Cohort : The Astral Express immediately takes action
    5. Break : Shockwave retains 6 Charges after its next activation
    6. FuA : EBA immediately triggers Unified Attack without consuming any accumulated value
    7. Energy : After using EBA, Energy regenerated by Energy allies will also count towards the accumulated value, up to 500 Energy can trigger this effect.
    8. AoE ATK : After using EBA, summons two more "Borrowed Force" which will disappear after receiving 6 attacks
    8. DoT : EBA will immediately trigger Super Excitation

    I made them enhance Bond Effects because the Engine of Creation in Cocolia's fight was the first time we fought an enemy with a special summon :D (well at least I'm pretty sure it is :'>) And also I think making them a very strong, off-field and universal sustain would make it easy to slot them into multiple teams

    Bloodflame : Using EBA consumes 20% of their Max HP for all Bloodflame members. Increases the HP restored by Bloodflame members when receiving a Shield (I'm not sure by exactly how much but maybe around 3 times more :P). The Trailblazer unleashes their Ultimate after Bloodflame Arena attacks, dealing DMG based on the accumulated healing of Bloodflame members.

    Bloodflame members can't activate the Bond Effect damage increase because they can't receive Shielding so I think the Trailblazer's Ult is a good compensation :J Also I just realised it's actually called Magma Will, Magma Armor is a Pokémon ability lol qwq

    My usual sleep schedule is from 10pm to 6am and idk if this is normal but I have to sleep for exactly 8 hours everyday :V So let's say I slept for 2 hours in the car then I will either fall asleep at 12am and wake up at 6am or I will fall asleep at 10pm and wake up at 4am

    I'm starting my final year of high school (in my country we normally use secondary school but I don't want to it sounds weird :J) and we have this really big exam at the end of the year that pretty much determines the entirety of your future :P So yeah I'm not looking forward to that

    tldr this is why I'm not a big fan of new Paths (Remembrance more specifically cuz we still don't know much about Elation so I'm still being optimistic about them)
    - Memosprites aren't unique enough to warrant a new Path
    - New Paths keep being released will lead to old Paths being forgotten
    - Basing Paths around arbitrary new mechanics instead of just letting old Paths having access to those mechanics will limit kit designs

    I've complained too much so I'll be more optimistic and suggest some solutions :J

    First off, we need to ask why they're creating new Paths in the first place? It's because the story requires Trailblazer to be glanced by Aeons that aren't just the og 7.

    imo there's 3 options they can take to get around this
    - The easy route : Just ignore the lore inaccuracies and make the Trailblazer's Path not based on the Aeon but their gameplay role. Obviously this ruins the immersion a bit but they've been doing it for other characters since the start of the game until now.
    - Make future story arcs solely around the original 7 Aeons. This option just sucks since it does not in fact solve anything and instead limits creativity
    - Make the new Path actually be interesting and different enough. It's the best option but idk I highly doubt Hoyo will or can do it :P

    They can't make a Remembrance unit without a Memosprite and they can't give a character a Memosprite without making them Remembrance. So if they're making a character in the future that would benefit from having a Memosprite but they have to be a different path (either due to some kind of quota they need to hit or smth) they just can't! It goes the other way as well. If they're designing a Remembrance character in the future but their lore or gameplay or whatever doesn't really have room for a Memosprite, they just have to force one in which leads to their kit feeling lackluster.

    Like I think it says a lot that Cyrene who's supposed to be the ultimate Remembrance character arguably has the most pointless Memosprite gameplay-wise. It's so clear Demiurge was shoved in her kit because a Remembrance character needs to have a Memosprite (I'm looking at things solely from a gameplay perspective here tho we're not talking about Demiurge lorewise). If it was a traditional summon/Cyrene was just one unit very minimal things about her kit changes. Demiurge's sole purpose is generating more Newbud for Castorice which is not enough justification to create a new Path
