Can you do 6:00 Pm +0 on Saturday?

Saturday 6pm +0 would be an awkward time as I've got ZUCL auction I need to attend to. Assuming all of these times that you suggested are in -8. How does Sunday 10am-8 / 6pm+0 sound?
