it's a randomized meta, no building required. there are a bunch of custom abilities that intentionally don't have any description because it's an april fools' format, but i have a note of what they all do if you want a pastebin

what gmt is eastern time and if we're doing random formats lets just pick a gen we both like and then for tb default to SV.
