Hey there I'm GMT-6. Are you down to play from 9 to 10 AM -6 Saturday/Sunday? Should be 11 PM for you. I am also down to play during my evenings on the weekend if you are, such as 7 PM to 12 AM -6 my Friday or Saturday (would be your Saturday and Sunday, respectively). Do any of these times work well for you?
