Also, is there are thread showing the Thawing Desync Glitch is intentionally not implemented and not an oversight?

thawing works the same across all gen 1 handheld games, but not stadium, where i believe showdown is accurate i actually might be wrong about its ability to pull struggle, i have to test it and see if it can be used on the fire move user's side, but it's irrelevant
there is no need for a reference that it is implemented wrong on purpose; real thawing mechanics are widely known to desync link battles, which are outside the scope of PS simulation
