    I made what I thought was a calm, reasonable and non-polarizing post to help ease tensions. And one of the first things I saw afterward was your angry emoji reaction to it, for whatever reason. I didn't feel like dealing with more negativity from that thread, so I deleted my comment and decided to step away from the conversation entirely.

    If you had replied to my message and explained why you reacted that way, I probably would have left the post up. I'm not sure why you felt that my post misquoted anything you said and I even wrote you that I would edit it if you thought I did missquoted it. But at that time I was going to sleep and didn't want to wake up to public angry responses to what I (IMO) felt was a very level-headed post.

    So yeah, next time you could just reply to my "Hey, I saw your angry reaction, did I missquote you? I can edit my post" instead of writing a follow-up gotcha.
