I hit roughly 1450 on the PAAA ladder with this team. Cincinno seemed very busted because of its combination Technician + Skill Link & Protean + CB raises those numbers even higher. Rock Blast & Bullet Seed also ignore fluffy, which is quite huge - it lets Cincinno 2HKO Corviknight & Pecharunt that don't run itnimidate or Tablet of Ruin.

Watch out for gallade, Gweezing, and enemy Pecharunt.

I've represented the Agency to great success on an unoficial natdex tour with ts, the Latias was the mega, but literally same set. The point is to break their ankles with scarf flip/turn u-turn, get in latias to paralyze threats with latias and win either by dropping dracos with latios on chipped mons or by setting up kommo-o.

Since this ain't natdex, you could also try to use
These EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe on Latias, as a fake Rotom-W, but I liked the defense both on practice and on the tour run.
Also most likely scarf Roaring Moon does whatever Hydreigon does, but better, but that ain't shiesty at all.
