You can't really unless you have an Action Replay. What you could do is level them up to about 10 and then check their IVs on a calculator

Any hex flawless PKMN is good for a team of mine lol. Thanks for letting me have a copy. I need to form my teams first; they must have team chemistry to work well together though.

I only battled once in OU (or any tier for that matter) and that was with flawed PKMN (random IVs). I could've won, but got swept by a faster PKMN. If my PKMN had perfect IVs, I would have won for sure (he only had 2 PKMN to my 3-4 PKMN). I'd be happy to battle you once I have a team.

I see; well, I'll be sure to write that down. Yeah, they MUST be followed. Everyone is strict about the redis rules, and you could get in serious trouble if you don't follow them.
Redis is redistribution rights, which refers to whether or not something can be traded.
Fully-redis = can be a traded an infinite number of times.
Semi-redis = can only be traded once.
Non-redis = can't be traded at all, unless you get it from the source (OT).
