    every three years i end up coming back lol. i'm nothing more then a blip on a radar at this point. crazy to think i used to be somebody here. and i kind of threw it all away. it was for the best though. i was in a really bad mental state and i became really unlikable. lmao.

    man it’s been a while. For those who still stick around I’ve been much better lately. I’ve stabilized my mental health. I’ve been thinking about returning to see the new stuff out.

    I had a long discussion with moro about this, but it falls into cat 2 of my guidelines; when brought up before, the reasons pychic surge was considered for suspect (even above DQM) were primarily for the anti-priority aspect of blocking ates/rk's/prankster topsy/encore and then also by allowing an increase in psychic power. if the only effect of psychic surge was to increase psychic power, i would agree with you

    (reached char limit) and likely have led to more of a decision either talking about banning m2x, or banning photon geyser. this consideration tilted the scale into the favor of suspecting psychic surge first as the safer option because it is such a low cost advantage while teambuilding/playing all things considered.

    i see, i see. yeah, in that case i can accept that as a reasoning. lmao. i wasnt opposed or anything, just couldnt see how it fell into the categories. and yeah, banning abilities is kind of BH's "Safe option" so i can respect that instead of banning a move that isnt OHKO/chatter
